We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our brand. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts and work closely with the marketing team to support planning and operations for all sorts of marketing activities.
Marketing & Communication:
Drive social content planning to ensure messaging and creatives are aligned with communications, sales, and marketing activities
Research audience preferences and discover current trends
Ensure all campaigns are scheduled and go out on time
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
Assist with the preparation of the marketing calendar, website, and sales material
Liaise confidently with key marketing contacts, influencers, and collaborators to effectively deliver marketing campaigns
Work closely with the Creative team to ensure all campaigns are visually engaging and follow Silsal’s brand guidelines

Support the marketing team on a day-to-day basis
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Social Media:
Assist in the creation of engaging content for social media across various channels
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
Ensure all social media posts are scheduled and posted to the appropriate platforms at the appropriate times
Review social media performance and suggest corrective measures where necessary
Design engaging posts, stories and reels for social media using the latest relevant apps and tools
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate or 1 year of communications and/or marketing experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of marketing concepts and best practices
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Arabic is a plus
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team! As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining day to day operational activities, ensuring the highest quality of the work, and maximizing productivity of our warehouse.
Warehouse Executive Responsibilities:
Ensure outbound shipments are prepared and shipped on time and accurately.
Check, and inspect incoming goods to ensure accurate quantity and acceptable quality and report any defects.
Prepare QC and count reports of Inbound shipments.
Assist in processing orders by checking the quality and quantity of items as per the order sheet.
Prepare delivery notes, scan them upon receiving from drivers and save a copy on google drive.
Assist in preparing customized products (QC, changing boxes, ribboning, packing)
Label and barcode the inbound/outbound shipments whenever needed.
Accurately prepare Arrival Shipment Notices.
Prepare and process Invoices for Inbound Shipments.
Prepare Airway bills for Outbound Shipments.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintains a clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts.
