On occasion, Silsal offers items for Pre-Order, before they are released in store. Each item is assigned a release date, which represents the date the item will be available for shipping. These release dates are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep our customers informed of any such changes.

We ship worldwide, with the exception of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.

Orders shipped may be subject to custom duties, the clearance amount varies per destination. Duties may be paid directly to the local customs authority or freight forwarder upon receiving the order.

For UAE and GCC orders, prices include Duties Charges. For international orders, prices do not include Duties Charges.

On 1st November 2017, Dubai Customs Authority introduced export declaration charges, which are applicable on all outbound shipments of AED 1,000 ($272.29) and over. Export Declaration fees are added at checkout and are applicable on all international orders, including when Free Shipping is available.

With the exception of the GCC, all international orders may be subject to Custom Duties, which should be paid directly to the local customs authority or freight forwarder upon receiving the order.

For GCC, pre-paid Custom Duties are added at checkout.

International Shipping rates vary depending on the item’s size and weight. Your total shipping rate will be calculated automatically at checkout, prior to the completion of your order, and added to the total due amount. Shipping offers may change from time to time. Any free shipping offers may not be combined with other promotional codes or discounts.
