Returns

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns & Exchanges section, we're happy to offer a full refund* if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your items within 15 days of receiving your order. 

We do not accept exchanges on Sale Items, candles, diffusers, sweet treats, floral arrangements, Tea Gift Sets, or Any items with perishable or edible elements.
